* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland flooding upstream and downstream from St. Joseph occurs. At 19.0 feet, Backwater from the Missouri River floods property along the Nodaway river at Nodaway, Missouri.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:35 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 17.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
