* WHERE...Portions of Florida, including the following areas, Calhoun, Coastal Bay, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Gulf, Coastal Jefferson, Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Inland Bay, Inland Franklin, Inland Gulf, Inland Jefferson, Inland Wakulla, Leon and Liberty and Georgia, including the following areas, Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Grady, Irwin, Mitchell, Thomas, Tift, Turner and Worth.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT /8 PM EDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
