* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 45 to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Black Mesa, Chuska Mountains, and Defiance Plateau, Little Colorado River Valley, Northeast Plateaus and Mesas Hwy 264 Northward, Chinle Valley, White Mountains, and Northeast Plateaus and Mesas South of Hwy 264.

* WHEN...From 8 AM MST /9 AM MDT/ to 7 PM MST /8 PM MDT/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could snap resulting in a few power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust will lead to reduced visibilities, resulting in hazardous driving conditions at times.

Secure loose outdoor objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind.

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHERN ARIZONA...

* AFFECTED AREA...Locations near Chinle, Dilkon, Eagar- Springerville, Holbrook, Kayenta, Kykotsmovi, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Saint Johns, Seligman, Shonto, Snowflake- Taylor, Tuba City, Valle and Winslow. This includes portions of the Coconino National Forest, Kaibab National Forest, Prescott National Forest and Tonto National Forest.

* WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts 45 to 55 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that start will have the potential to rapidly grow in size and intensity before first responders can contain them.
